Flex Fitness

Flex Fitness was a California-based manufacturer of commercial strength training equipment founded in the early 1980s by Mark Nalley. The company built a reputation for producing high-quality plate-loaded and selectorized machines known for durable construction and strong biomechanical design, making them popular in bodybuilding gyms and commercial fitness facilities. In 2004 the brand was acquired by the cardio equipment company Star Trac and integrated into its strength equipment division, continuing the legacy of Flex’s classic machine lines used in gyms around the world.
