This thing is awesome! I haven't found too many variations of exercises to use this for but I love static holds or regular pullups. This pairs nicely with the dog bone attachment for pullup training that has a bit more carryover to other applications i.e. rockclimbing, natural stonelifting, or grappling sports.

This pull-up globe falls under a very niche category of gym equipment that fits into a very small window of people that will buy this. I rock climb and like to train grip, and this works very well in emulating that feeling of sloping holds that you'd find in a climbing gym. Being from rogue, the build quality is always top notch. With that being said, the cost to use ration makes it to where I don't know if id recommend. Its fairly difficult to store and aside from the occasional mix in to my routine, it just isn't all that worth it.
So I guess to sum it up, if you've got money and want something to pull out for your friends to goof around with, its a fun piece. might be valuable in some training regimens but other than that, id pass on it
