It's an easy way to hold a stack of barbell plates that you want to attach to anything from a Rolling Thunder to a De Rigueur Dipping Belt. First offered in 1990, IronMind's loading pins have been a basic part of many workouts ever since. The exercise loading pin is 12" long and 1" in diameter and takes standard plates; use with the small connecting snap clip (1313A), which holds loads up to 200 lb.

Not much to this, it does what it’s advertised to do. Mine is around 20yrs old and is holding up just fine. Has been used for a variety of grip work and belt squats over the years.
