Below we explain the differences between our PRO, LITE & HOLEY D Handle bars. Our original PRO D Handle bar came first. All our PRO bars are fully CNC machined in ENGLAND using thick 10mm material. Choose from either black powder-coated structural-grade carbon steel or raw 304 STAINLESS STEEL.

I have both the 20" and 30" Pro stainless steel versions. For most home gym users I would go for the 30" as it opens up wide pulls. The 20" is more compact though and still allows medium wide pulls. I use both depending on what holes I need. The "Pro" version isn't needed but the bevelled edges are a nice touch and probably make getting the carabiners on/off easier. In general for this sort of attachment, some people may have ROM issues depending on cable setup etc. One use for this, which I love, is for cable crunches. Grabbing a pair of D-handles at the side of my head is a great way to lock in. The only minor con for me is that the latest versions come in "raw" stainless while the original version was "polished" stainless. Doesn't matter, but I do prefer the polished look.

GymPin 20" GYMPIN D-HANDLE BAR is a great attachment that works well for what it's made for. I will say that I wish I would have bought Darko's version of this product because his is much more polished.
