Basic as they come, works handles have no texture or knurling. There are much better options on the market but not bad. I use it for triceps push downs

This fits any 3” x 3” post that will accept a 5/8” pin through the side of the post. Super easy to put in the rack and good quality. Does not move around much at all when using and feels very stable. It’s a great option for the money.
