Excellent, basic d handles. Not expensive, easy to use. Good basic gear

I can't believe how much I love these D handles - the value for money is great. The bearings are really smooth, the knurl is nice but not aggressive. It's a piece of equipment I just like to use every time I take them out.

The handles are smooth and have a solid grip. The circumference isn’t bad at all—they don’t feel overly thick, but they still make your hands work a bit, which I actually like. I’ve really enjoyed using them for curls and tricep pressdowns.
The only downside is that I have little baby hands, and I still find the handles to be a bit narrow. During certain movements, my knuckles tend to rub against the straps. Making the handle opening slightly longer would make these even better.

These are hands down my favorite and most used cable attachment. The bearings make Bayesian curls and similar moves smooth as butter. Also like that the length is short with articulated cable arms I get full ROM on standing double front bicep curls because they aren’t long.

Big fan! The handles that came with my cable tower are rubber handles with daisy chins built in and have their purpose for sure. I bought these to have a better grip which they do cause the knurling is nice not TPB sharp but they do the job! I personally think the bearings are a bit unnecessary I don’t really notice the difference but for the price I’m not complaining either. Definitely worth the money.

Came with my Kraken pulley system. They have a very nice handle that is easy to grip.

While these are a serious upgrade over the stock handles that were included with Bells Cable Tower, I wish they were just a little wider. The grips are 5" wide and during certain exercises, the strap can rub my knuckle which is irritating and distracting. If they were slightly wider, I don't think this would be an issue at all. Aside from that, the build quality is solid, the aluminum handles feel great, and the bearings make using them a much better experience overall.
