You got a power rack. Don’t have much cash left? This is the solution for a cable movements from above. There is multiple pulleys and can set it up for rows but it is time consuming and janky. I used this for accessories for years. As I had a rhino for cable movements from the floor . This completed the arsenal.
Pain in the ass to load though. For the price this will get’er done.

Cheap pulley system good for Tricep pushdowns and lat pulls that aren’t too heavy. Have loaded up to 150 lbs before, I don’t think I would trust it to handle 200.

Just a cheap pulley. Gets the job done to give me some basic movements, but I wouldnt try loading it up to seriously.
