The Andreoni Bar has been hogging the limelight, but the Focus Straps deserve a lot of love as well. The straps/handles work together to let you comfortably do tricep pushdowns, hammer curls, and cable crunches. I basically stopped using a rope in favor of this. Heck, I even stopped using my Porter Eclipse handles. Those things are great, but by dividing the pressure between your grip/side of your hand it makes doing those exercises feel great and you get 0 pain doing something like hammer curls where the top of your hands sometimes presses agains hard plastic or steel. And considering the Focus Straps cost a little more than 40 bucks, came with a hand written note, a ton of stickers, and even some freebies, you're getting a damn good deal. Honestly, I would have been happy to have paid 80 bucks for them. They're that good.

These are a solid option when I want to take my grip out of the equation and really focus on the target muscle. I use them mostly on heavier pulling movements like rows and pulldowns, and they help me stay locked in without worrying about my grip giving out. They’re quick to set up and feel secure once tightened. Good to have on hand for those heavier or higher-rep sets where grip becomes the limiting factor.

Andreoni Focus Straps are a really amazing and feel really awesome for several different movements but they really shine on the tricep movements. The owner of this new startup company has been amazing to work with and he really seems to care about his customers. I would highly recommend this product and any other products that he sells.
