The Arsenal Strength 45-Degree Back Extension gets the job done and has great build quality. However, the adjustment mechanism isn’t very smooth, which makes adjusting a bit frustrating. Overall, it’s a durable, well-made piece of equipment, but overpriced for a 45 degree back extension.
