One of the few Arsenal pieces I like. Well built and good force curve for chest and back. Good heavy stack as well. Pretty standard pec fly but I wouldn’t walk past this one like I do with most of the other Arsenal stuff.

The Arsenal Strength Pec Fly/Rear Delt machine runs smooth with a 300‑lb stack and excellent adjustability, especially for pec fly starting positions. A spring‑loaded seat adjustment would be a nice upgrade, but overall it’s a great piece of equipment, just comes with that typical Arsenal price tag.
