Excellent once it finally arrived — worth the wait, but the wait was rough. I actually canceled it after feeling like I was getting scammed but they reached to me within a day of me openly criticizing them on Instagram and one day later I got a shipping notification. After roughly a three-month ordeal getting my AssaultRunner and rower delivered, I can finally review the equipment itself—and fortunately, the equipment has been excellent. The AssaultRunner in particular has quickly become something I use essentially every day. I use it for everything from easy walking while warming up, to light jogging, to full sprints. It is incredibly smooth and much quieter than I expected for a manual treadmill. It feels extremely solid and sturdy underfoot, with none of the instability or cheap feeling you sometimes get from home cardio equipment.

I guess I've had a different experience than most but I bought this with the hopes of running inside more in the brutal summer of Texas. Honestly, I don't think it's worth the price. First the delivery was a crap shoot between the long lead time, losing it the first time and having to cancel and reorder, then it arriving damaged. Also after about 3 months of use the speed sensor broke, which they replaced for free and I had to basically take the entire thing apart to rewire the new monitor and speed sensor. My wife and I still use it a good bit but I don't think I would buy it again.

Probably my most used piece, since getting this the Bikerg and Rowerg get little use, battery last ages, the track is nice and wide for me (and I'm wide) theres loads of photos of it in use, so heres a photo of it fitting in my Nissan Navara

I bought this back in 2022 off a sale. The warranty on the treadmill is 100k miles. I know I will never touch that. Since owning, I’ve had to swap the batteries out on the console only once. They take like 4 double A’s and it’s painless. Getting adjusted to a manual treadmill only takes a couple miles. This is far more beneficial to you if you’re doing any type of short distance cardio than a regular treadmill. I originally was trying to match my times off a regular treadmill, but you can feel this in your hamstrings much more because you are manually pulling it rather than it going off a machine. They estimate running in this is 20% more difficult than road running, and when testing and comparing, it’s true. I have been able to get in better cardio shape because of this. I also have suffered a torn meniscus and ACL replacement previously in high school and this thing has never given me issues with running va a regular treadmill. I would strongly recommend this as a cardio device for your facility vs any other regular treadmill.

My neighbor has one and I have used it a ton. It took a while to get used to but then you eventually get it to feel natural. We have done sprints and intervals and also long runs. It’s very humbling but feels great. I will eventually have one in my gym as well.

Perfect for indoor running or walking. I can watch a podcast and go for a walk when weather is bad. Also can do sprint interval training on it. So much better than flat motorized treadmills.
