This was made after the Nautilus Xplode and I actually like the Atlantis a little more.
I can really target my lats on it when I use it unilaterally but if I lean back a bit while using it bilaterally I can get a lot more upper back involved too. First time I used it I pretty much fell in love with the movement. It was one of the best back machines I had used and one of the few where right after trying it I knew I wanted one in my home gym.
Only real downsides are it’s a huge plate eater, which honestly might be part of why I like it because it feeds my ego, and like most Atlantis stuff it’s pretty expensive.
Still one of my favorite back pieces, S tier for me.

The only negative of this machine is that you have to load a TON of plates on it. I prefer the nautilus Xpload over this.
