
ATX® Back Trainer Hyperextension 45°
The ATX® Hyperextension 45° is the classic for targeted training of the lower back (erector spinae), the large gluteal muscles (gluteus maximus) and the hamstrings / leg flexors. The split, extra-thick padding and the grooved footplate ensure a secure and comfortable position during exercise. The attached support handles facilitate easy entry and exit from the machine. Mounting points for ATX® resistance bands are located at the bottom of the frame, allowing for easy intensification of the workout. The integrated transport wheels make repositioning the machine quick and easy. An excellent hyperextension machine for effective training, durable yet easy to use.
