Twin to Huginn, Muninn, who’s name means ‘memory’ in Old Norse sat the opposite shoulder of Odin to whisper in the All-father’s ear all that he and Huginn saw as they flew over Midgard. Muninn provides a slightly more challenging mobility load for athletes with more training years under their belts but who are newer to the world of dynamic upper body rotations of hammer, mace or club training.
