BC Strength Thruster Plates

BC Strength Thruster Plates

Unless you're a thin individual, chances are you have experienced frustration with getting the barbell into position when performing barbell hip thrusts with a thick bar pad. Essentially, you can barely (or you can't) roll the bar over your thighs. Then when you pull your feet back to get into proper position, the pressure on your lower abs and bladder is gruelling.

I bought these planning to use them for hip thrusts, elevated deadlifts and floor presses. As it turns out, I have not used them at all. I got a good deal picking them up for $100 on Facebook Marketplace, but you do not need these to get big and strong.

I got these before my Rogue 26ers, but these offer a lower starting weight (45 lbs per) while still providing comfortable elevation to get under the bar for the exercise. Nothing bad to say about them!
