I’ve had these bands for about 18 years give or take a couple years as I can’t remember the exact year I got them. I got them when I purchased P90X 18-20 years ago.
These have held up over the years of use with P90X and as a supplemental to having hardly any equipment before I setup my home gym to the its current form.
They have hardly any signs of damage, there is only some slight discoloration on the medium band.
