BFJ Combo Roller J-Hooks
Starting with a single piece of laser-cut and precision formed ⅜” American steel, ¼" and 7 gauge brackets are then added to create a welded assembly that serves as the robust foundation of the BFJ. But the beefiness doesn't stop there. A 2" machined slab of UHMW provides full 360˚ exterior protection and all of the interior surfaces are lined in ¼” HDPE. The knurling on your bar and the coating of your rack will stay protected and looking pretty no matter how hard you chase those gainz!

I really like this thing. Having both a roller and a flat portion allows me to get my bar in place for bench press and other pushing movements, and then roll it forward so it is stable as I grab it. For a squat I dont really use the flat portion. The rollers are smooth and dont bind. I wish the back of the J-cup was a little taller and the 3/4 inch hole is annoying, since I hate hitch pins and I had to find a 3/4 mag pin (which surplus strength no longer sells). I got the black and then had a locl place custom powder coat it in this 2-tone pattern to make it match the rest of my space.

Built really well as is to be expected from Bridge Built. These things are super expensive however with long lead times if getting custom colors done. While I do think the combo of being both a flat and a roller cup is cool, I personally would prefer one or the other depending on the application/preference. having both makes these a bit bulky and I don't like how they use odd sized hardware for pins to secure to a rack.
