Our latex rubber power bands are excellent for many uses. Use them for rehab, stretching, strength training, adding resistance to a heavy lift, and much more. They are each color coded with a different resistance level for each band. All sizes measure out to 41” in length.

Sturdy option for bands. I'm not sure if it's something with the way they were packaged, but mine have a lot of white patches.
