I love this bar as a bench alternative. Its well constructed and works some really excellent range of motion. I'm coming back from a nasty shoulder injury so this is just what was required. The knurling location seems odd at first but if I were to move my hands in or out from the knurl position I'm not sure I could get the correct ROM for the intended use. Not your typical made in China style camber bar. Highly recommended for someone looking for bench bar variation options.

This is a very solid cambered bar. I wish that the knurling started right where the camber ends but it’s not a deal breaker. Other than that, it’s exactly what you want in a bar. It’s thick and has a good hand feel with the knurling.
