Just like other Body Solid pieces, this is a great mix of value and quality. The feel of this is slightly different than that you might feel on a high end pecdeck but it still feels great! The pads are nice and firm. The seat is adjustable so you can find your right height. You can sit backwards and do rear delts.
Over all, I’m very happy with this. It’s light enough to move around, but that doesn’t affect the use. If you like pecdecks in the gym and want one in your home gym this is a great option!
