Bosu exercise ball is great for stretching and i also use it for abdominal crunches.

Haven't used one of these in years.... Has a few uses but depends on the size. And no one wants 3 of these taking up room in there home gym. Not super versatile. I would use it as a chair more then anything else

This things are a joke but it's the gold standard to the point where all balls are called Bosu.
