CAP Barbell Standard 14" Dumbbell Handles these are okay if you are just getting started and have standard 1" size hole weight plates. They take a long time to change the weight adjustments. There are better options but they are more expensive.

Owned these for years. They worked ok. Always found the collar would always come loose during use. No need for these today though I enjoy collecting the plates.

A pain to use but I've had these fill in for missing dumbbells of where I want to set up a secondary gym.
