This is an amazing barbell. The knurling is aggressive. I would argue it is more aggressive than my Rogue Aggro Bar. For one rep max, I love it. For higher volume sets, I have to tape my thumbs. I prefer a double overhand grip and this is incredible. It is not a daily driver, but I do really like it when I am deadlifting.

I like the medium knurl in this bar honestly. Maybe it's my baby skin hands, but I'd prefer this for deadlifting over other bars. I've only used this in a strongman gym, but it has lasted pretty well, including being used on J cups that are only metal. I'd want the collars to be a little thicker, but that's the only issue. However, the Rogue Ohio Power bar in cerakote is only a bit more expensive. A stainless steel TPB 29mm is about the same price. So you have to weigh if you have the more aggressive knurl of those two bars or the medium knurl of this one.

I found this on marketplace and replaced my cheap Titan barbell. The knurling on is on the medium side and the red on the finger placement is a nice touch. The collars on it are tiny and I find myself hitting the plates on the side of my rack every now and then which is annoying so I added a barbell collar on the bar to push the plates out a little bit. Overall, a good all-around bar.

The design on the Cerberus bars are pretty cool with their mostly black finish and red rings, however for the price point I prefer other brands in terms of fit and finish. The knurling on my power bar was more medium and when possible I would prefer a stainless steel shaft.
