Chain yoke

Chain yoke

If you are the type that prefers infomercial ab gadgets, designer gym clothes and not breaking a sweat when you “exercise,” a chain yoke is definitely not for you. If you are interested in full-body strength and stability and training your ass off with one of the most challenging loaded carry variations there is, this is for you.
