A good range of resistance to be given, but unfortunately the anchor I had broke after not much use. Up to 150lbs if you do use them all at once which isn't bad.

Ok for a basic set of bands. I haven’t seen any change in tension or had any breakage as of yet.

These are ok to me but my wife found them useful and now others in family are using them. The package comes with a lot of stuff. Also these have hooks on end so different than typical bands you have to loop around.
