The bench is alright for the cost of what I paid for it (250$) on FB marketplace. The arms have fixed heights and deep j-cups that are fixed. The hole spacing doesn't offer the best option for many heights and I replaced the pad on the unit with a rep pad. I am usually the only guy benching with it in my gym so it works alright for that.
