COMPETITION J-CUPS

Our sandwich-type competition J-Cups protect your rack and barbell from getting damaged when racking your bar after a heavy set, thanks to the oversized UHMW plastic core. Additionally, UHMW plates on the interior ensure there's no metal-to-metal contact between the rack and the J-Cup. These J-shaped cups are designed to support regular 1-inch Olympic barbells to the thicker 2-inch specialty barbells, and fit on any 3x3in rack with 5/8-inch holes.
