Cybex Arc Trainers are really high quality cardio machines. The movements with this machine is another option for cardio.

People enjoy the arch trainer because unlike an elliptical you stay level, allows for reading or watch something and for many it's a more natural movement, we have had to replace the battery 3x in 5 years so that's the only down side, oh And ours is green 🤮
