Easy to slide on and off the sleeves, locking mechanism is very simple and effective with extreme ease of use. Relatively cheap and available on Amazon. Have used for 5 years with no problems.
Only gripe is if you drop the bar, sometimes the locking mechanism will unlock from the force. I rarely drop the bar so it’s not much of an issue, but probably not best for oly lifts.
