This is sweet when paired with the short bench. The best part of this combo is that it sits lower on the shorty than similar competitor decline options would. This, plus the very nice handle makes it so much easier to get into position and contribute to it feeling pretty stable, but it does rock forward & back just slightly during decline sit-ups. It’s also a bit expensive for what it is, but it’s the only thing like it out there when paired with the shorty.

I like this a lot. One of the things I wanted when upgrading my bench was the ability to do decline / situps on the bench. These rollers are really comfortable and the bench is a great decline option. I am 6 foot and probably the largest that it is good for for the ab curls. At over 6 foot I would probably want a longer bench for situps. But the attachment itself is awesome. Has a handle that makes it really easy to get in and out of position.
