Delta Dumbbells

The ATX® Delta Dumbbell is a unique dumbbell which offers several advantages over a classic dumbbell. The handle is rotatable, which reduces the strain on the wrist. In many exercises, the center of gravity lies significantly in front of the wrist, allowing for greater muscle contraction over a much larger range of motion. The integrated padding roller limits the movement at the maximum peak of the exercise, and also stabilizes the wrist at the peak.
