Dinnie Ring Set

Dinnie Ring Set

Our hand-made Dinnie Rings are modeled directly from those found on the Rogue Replica Dinnie Stones used in sanctioned Strongman events and Rogue Record Breakers challenges. First commissioned in 1998 by Gordon Dinnie–a distant descendant of the legendary Scottish Strongman Donald Dinnie–the Replica Stones have slightly different ring specs than the original 19th century Dinnie Stones, but they are far from modern in design. With their notably non-uniform sizing, the rings offer athletes a unique option for grip strength training, with a wide range of potential attachments and ring lifting challenges.

From what I've seen, these are much thinner rings than the actual dinnie stones but they look and feel cool so fuck it. Buy them!

Perfect way to train for the bucklist task of giving the real Dinnie Stones a go someday.

Versatile add on piece. I love to hook these into the power pins for dinnie handle training.

You get what you need to done with these and they won’t break the bank as far as pin attachments go. Your thumbs won’t be to happy with you but you can get a feel of how the Dinnie stones actually feel

These are made really well, I originally got them to train for the Dinnies, took them home and soon realised that dream wasn't realistic

These things are sweet! I used these at Rogue HQ on the replica Dinnie stones and although I cheated and used straps, the rings are as close as most people will ever get to lifting the real Dinnie stones in Scotland.

Probably one of the first non-barbell things I got. I love using these, and even started appreciated the bruising on my hands. I recommend a loading pin and the 100lb plates to go with them.

I think these are a really cool and unique addition to any gym for very little $. That being said, they can hurt like heck to use, but you'll get used to that. I know there is some criticism of these not being perfect recreations of the originals, but I guess that has not effected my enjoyment of them.
