I bought these hoping and praying to God that they would fit my Rogue Monster storage rack and help space out my bumper plates. Unfortunately, they did not work with my storage rack, so I ended up having to return them.
That said, they still seem like a good idea overall. The build quality felt solid, and the coating was the standard black powder coat. Nothing crazy or fancy, but perfectly fine and it looked like it would get the job done. I just wish they could have worked for my setup.
