It's nice how this vest is adjustable to fit multiple sizes of people. I'm 240 lbs and can wear it and my 150 lb fourteen year old can too. You can also adjustable the weight by removing the weight plates. Build quality is good for the price point. The shoulders of it could use a little more padding to help with comfort but it's definitely doable as is.

Bought the 60lb version years ago. At the time ... it was the heaviest option without jumping to a crazy price point. Not comfortable at all but it works. Customized it because it reminds me of road marches in the Army and helps me get back into that disciplined mindset.

There’s not a ton to say about this, it’s a weighted vest. It gets the job done, but doesn’t do anything spectacular. It definitely isn’t comfortable at all and changing out the weights is kind of a pain, but it was pretty inexpensive and does what it advertises.

My first venture into the world of weight vests. The quality is good, just not overly exciting. It became a pain to load, remove, and store individual weights. Overall comfort was ok. I have since moved on to a Rogue vest.

Does this work? Yes. Is it comfortable to wear? Absolutely not. Nice thing is you can adjust the weights in 2.5lbs increments.
