I saw these on a YouTube video where a guy was trying to increase his hip mobility. As Jen mentioned in her review, they’re great if you have hardwood, carpet or turf. If you don’t, they won’t slide and are basically useless. My kids love playing with them as well 😊

These were a Covid purchase for the days I was lifting in a carpeted basement with little to no equipment. They work great for adding in challenging body weight exercises but unfortunately if you don’t have turf or carpet, they’re kind of useless. If you do have that, definitely an extremely affordable way to add a little difficulty.
