Good basic strap. Hand holes are a bit small, but this thing is cheap and works great. I find I don’t use it now that I have a long ab strap though.

Very basic strap for a reasonable price. My only complaint is I wish the loops had some padding, but that would most likely increase the cost.
For under $20, throw it in with your next elitefts order.
