I lift with my girls, 9 and 10 and these are helpful for smaller fractional gainz for them. They are also handy for loadable dumbells. We use the half and 1lb versions the most. They are cheap and chrome. Hard to go wrong.

I got the chrome version of these off of Amazon. They're cheap but still look really nice. They seem to be pretty accurate and give you a more consistent progressive overload filling the gap of a 5 lb jump.

Haven't weighed these to see how accurate they are, but they're a cheap weigh to fractionally increase the amount of weight you're lifting. I mostly just use my 1.25 plates now, but these help for pressing movements where even 2.5 lbs increase is a lot

I added these to the gym when my kids starting insisting on joining me. The littlest ones are really only playing, but they still want to go through the motions. For the 5 year old, these combine well with a 5 lb training bar to teach the fundamentals of bench press and other upper body movements. My 11yo is benching with a real bar and plates, but every few weeks he hits new PRs and these fractional plates have helped a lot in boosting his confidence to jump up to the next 5 lb weight increment. I have the colored versions and like those better than the chrome; much faster to know which is which just based off color, don't even need to look for the tiny text showing the weight. An inexpensive and useful addition to the gym.

I am reviewing the colored version but they're essentially the same thing as the chrome. Mine were surprisingly accurate across all plates but one. My only complaint is that the numbers are printed on so they are starting to rub off from friction after only 2 months of use. I just bought a set of Rep fractional plates since theirs have the numbers casted/etched into them.

Got a pack of these on Amazon. They were cheap and are pretty accurate. The chrome looks nice although I’m sure it won’t age well.
