It features steel bushing rotating sleeves that facilitate smooth, consistent movements, reducing strain on wrists and elbows during curls and extensions. The barbell is finished with black E-coating, tougher and more durable than traditional finishes such as black oxide, chrome, and zinc. This environmentally friendly coating process uses electrical currents to bond paint to metal, resulting in a finish that effectively resists corrosion, oxidation, and wear from environmental factors like water, sunlight, and everyday chemicals.
