I bought this specifically to train for King Kong and it is a tough implement that I have not quite figured out yet. Build quality and surface finish is great and typical of FBBC equipment. Bare steel that in the right environment should rust and take chalk well once seasoned.

The flange makes this a particularly challenging implement compared to other spherical grip implements. It's pretty fun but ultimately it is a slick ball... that you grab.

Really solidly built grip implement. I wouldn't recommend this (or most grip implements for that matter) for general grip strength, but this is a fun piece of kit for a contest. Bought this recently for an upcoming contest, but I've used this before at a friend's place
