Feed Sack
The Rogue Feed Sacks™ are an updated version of an implement we first introduced back at the 2014 CrossFit Games. The design has been repeatedly imitated in the years since, but this is the genuine article—an American-made 1000D Domestic Cordura Construction bag with 8" looped nylon handles, reinforced triple-stitched seams, and our funnel-filler opening for easy, precision filling.

These were the first sand bags I bought and man what an awesome investment! They are super versatile and well made. Not much to say other than if you like sand bags add these to your tool kit!

I did some runs with this early on. I also find that the weight of the one I got works best for some novice lifters. It is solid and has not ripped or busted in over ten years.

These are great. I have the 50 and 100 they both work well it’s a nice variation for back extensions or a walk around the neighborhood.
