Used this in a rented garage from 2019-2022. Got the job done but the j cups had rubber on them that wore away quickly and started scratching the bar. Build quality overall left a lot to be desired but back in 2019 I got this thing for under $220.

Fitness Gear Pro HR500 squat rack
For home owner quality, not a rack I’d recommend unless you find it super cheap and understand it’s not a high quality piece. The built in plate storage is a plus but it’s overall quality and lack of heavy duty feel is a red flag
