Actually not bad. Works better than I expected. The loading pin is on the small side but still plenty of room. Can use 1in or 2in plates just need to pull off the 2in sleeve. The harness it comes with isn't great but it works and it's not uncomfortable so it's usable. All in all I can recommend this sled as a good value sled for under 50 bucks.
Side note: I'm 6'2" 250 lbs and max out the harness it came with.
