Nice little option for hub lifting for those of us without vintage plate collections. Only downsides are the prominent sidewall seam and the inability to start from floor height as you do with a true plate.

If you want to progressive overload your hub training this is it. Attaches to a loading pin and away you go. This allowed me to train up to the 45lb hub.
