I love these plates. I think they look and feel premium at a decent price. I bought my first pair, as ‘seconds” and still don’t know what the issue is with the plate. I like that pair so much I needed the set.

Picked these up in Nov of 2025. First set of bumpers and I'm very pleased. I went with the 250lb set and received an additional set of 10lb plates for free (black November). These look great, and are a great value. Highly recommend.

The GIANT Lifting bumper plates are honestly just a good, no drama set of bumpers. These are mostly the same from every other brand and probably from the same factory. They are not trying to be fancy or boutique, but they feel solid in the hands and hold up well in everyday training. The rubber feels dense, the inserts seem secure, and I have not had any issues with them shifting or loosening up.
Grip has not been a problem either. They are easy enough to move around and load, which matters more than people think when you are constantly swapping weights. For normal garage gym lifting, they do exactly what you want them to do. Load them, lift, drop if needed, repeat. No surprises.
If you are looking for dependable bumper plates without overpaying for a name, these are a solid pick. Nothing flashy, just plates that show up and do their job.

I have the crumb bumpers from Giant, but they no longer sell those. I’ve had my plates for 6 years and they are still in fantastic shape - no damage/warping nor separation of the hub from the rubber.
