The GIANT Dip Station 3X Series is easily one of the attachments I use the most. It slides right onto a 3x3 rack with 1 inch holes and just works. No weird fit issues, no wobble once it’s locked in. For the price, the build is honestly pretty solid.
For regular bodyweight dips and even some added weight, it feels good and stable. I probably would not load it up with crazy heavy weighted dips, but for normal training it does the job without any complaints. It’s simple, gets used all the time in my gym, and adds a lot of value for what it costs. I would definitely recommend it if you want an easy dip option on your rack.
