This is a cheap version of a glute/ham glider. I like using it as an ab wheel as well. It comes with no instructions but is pretty simple. I'd appreciate a bit better build quality since there is no obvious place to attach a resistance band and the wheels chatter a bit. If you tighten down the wheels too much then they don't turn at all but overall it gets the job done and was worth the purchase.

Not a bad piece for what it does. I used this for about year before upgrading to GHD. My only complaint was that the glider always seemed to roll at an angle, rather that straight back and forth. That said, I'm not sure if that was due to my own imbalances or the equipment. Altogether, this is an acceptable option if you are in the market for a budget, space-saving glute/ham developer.

Affordable piece of equipment. Doesn't roll super smooth but it's not horrible either. Does a nice job for hamstring development.
