You told your cousin you wanted to start lifting so he brought you over his bench to use, or your mom bought you this for Xmas when you were 15. Any equipment is great to start out on but I would not recommend this to anyone unless they got it for free and they are just starting to learn how to lift and get started

Like a lot of people (I bet), I got this as a teenage birthday gift. I have a ton of favorable memories with it, but I think you can do a lot better, even at the admittedly low price point.
It's very cheap construction with thin-walled steel tubing. The height adjustments are pretty big, and everything just feels pretty flimsy. The bench itself has a lot of movement, and you just feel like you're doing something dangerous when you unrack 200 lbs.

This was the weight bench my dad got me in high school. It was great for doing a bunch of chest days and ignoring the leg attachment. The j cups were really bad though. Poor spacing on them that made it hard to grab the bar where I wanted to. Ended up cutting the sides off the cups so my hands could fit better.
