It does what it says on the tin. Very solid bar, great flex without being too whippy. If you need a deadlift bar specifically it's a great option. Now to be a little nitpicking shit, the knurling leaves a little to be desired, it's not bad by any means but its not super aggressive like a lot of bars are now days. The knurling also starts a little further out than some bars, so if you have a super narrow stance this might not be the one for you.
