I met these guys at HCG 2026 and we had a lot of fun lifting heavy stuff at their booth. I bought my son-in-law a grenade grip for his home gym and ordered the gummy bear and both atomic bombs for cable work in my gym. They are both fun to use and look super cool! They get a lot of comments and are well made.

This thing will humble you on grip. Got it used and just thought it was funny and unique. But man try using this on a loading pin and you will be challenged. I also like to use it for some cable movements like pull overs and extensions
