I've been using the Hamstinger from Spud Inc. primarily for hamstring curls and glute kickbacks, and it has become my go to for these movements.
What I appreciate most is how easy it is to get in and out between sets. With traditional ankle straps, you're constantly bending down to clip and unclip yourself from the cable, which can get annoying fast—especially during higher-volume workouts. The Hamstinger eliminates that hassle. I can move between sets quickly without having to crouch down, fumble with carabiners, or get cramped up trying to reconnect everything.
For hamstring curls, it provides a comfortable and secure fit that lets me focus on getting quality reps instead of worrying about the attachment slipping or shifting. The same goes for glute kickbacks, where stability and comfort make a big difference. The design keeps the workout moving efficiently and makes both exercises much more enjoyable.
Like everything I've purchased from Spud Inc., the build quality is outstanding. It's rugged, comfortable, and built to take years of abuse in a serious training environment.
If you regularly perform cable hamstring curls or glute kickbacks, the Hamstinger is a simple upgrade that makes a noticeable difference in both convenience and workout flow. It's one of those pieces of equipment that doesn't seem like a big deal until you use it—then you wonder why you didn't buy it sooner.
